1. Can I get a membership online? Answer: As with most gyms, membership must be completed in-person. Please come see us at 125 E. McHarg St. in Stamford, TX with a form of ID & method of payment.
2. How do I get a code to the door? Answer: Once you’ve completed a membership agreement package & process listed above, you will receive a personalized door code. This code is not to be shared. If done so, membership could be revoked or suspended.
3. What safety measures do you have? Answer: We pride ourselves in 24-hour surveillance & code protected entry to the gym at all times. Each individual who enters with their code is entered into our database.
4. Who owns YOUR TIME FITNESS? Answer: Owned by Gary Decker. Our manager is Teresa Nauert.
5. I received a bank charge for Gary Decker. Was there a mistake made? Answer: We are revamping our credit card system. Prior to August 2023, drafts and payments might have shown as Gary Decker. This is simply a cosmetic detail on the back end. All payments made and to be made are done so to Your Time Fitness and not an individual. Receipts available upon request.
6. I received an invoice. What do I do now? Answer: Your Time Fitness is hoping to simplify the payment process. You will have the option to pay your own membership fee via emailed invoice – if you have a month-to-month membership. The same rules apply as before. Your payment must be made on the due date or late fees and charges may apply. As with the previous payment process, you also could have suspended or terminated gym access if this goes unpaid.
7. What are payment date options? Answer: Your Time is simplifying the payment process for our office staff and is offering these four payment date options: 1st, 10th, 15th, & 25th. Please choose one accordingly. We cannot make exceptions unless you are on a cash month-to-month plan.
